MY APPROACH
I meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you in a way that feels safe, compassionate and without judgement. My approach is trauma-informed and non-pathologising. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or what is “wrong,” we take time to understand your unique experience, listening to emotions, behaviours, stress responses and life challenges with care and curiosity.
Sessions are grounded in relational psychotherapy and support a deeper understanding of the emotions, patterns, protective responses and life experiences that may be shaping your current challenges.
Whether you are navigating anxiety and everyday life stressors, or more complex experiences such as trauma, self-harm, addiction, eating disorders, phobias, or the impact of difficult or unsafe environments, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and move towards healing and change.
This way of working supports greater emotional wellbeing, healthier relationships, improved coping, and a stronger, more connected sense of self.

I am passionate about supporting people in navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional pain, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties and the complexities of being human.
As a Holistic Psychotherapist & Counsellor, I offer a grounded, compassionate and non-pathologising approach that helps people feel safely supported, deeply heard and better able to understand themselves beneath the overwhelm, protective patterns and life experiences they may be carrying.
