What Happens in a Holistic Psychotherapy Session?

In a typical session, we start with a conversation about your concerns and what you hope to achieve. I then walk with you to explore your immediate experiences, paying close attention to signals and what comes up as we do so. The session is not about analysing or diagnosing; it's about unfolding the flow of nature within your experiences. It can be raw, magical, deep and even mystical. Sessions can include deep listening, breathwork, following a process, movement, role play, dream work, visualisations and bringing awareness to what is.  Through exploration and bringing awareness to all of you even the parts of self we deny, we gain a greater sense of understanding on how to live a more conscious and whole life.
